This residential complex has a focus on spacious terraces that border the views of each unit.

It is part of the virtuous circuit of contemporary architecture, indebted to Functionalism, which has left a deep mark on the urbanity - today a characteristic - of the Roma-Condesa circuit, where exposed concrete and natural materials are not only a functional and aesthetic solution, but also symbolic: a declaration of principles. This development is further proof that creative avant-garde achieves its milestones by critically transforming tradition without denying it.
