It is in this context that the company based in Menlo Park, California, has decided to bring for the first time to Latin America the Meta Video Awards; an event that rewards and recognizes the most talented teams in Latin America for creating digital campaigns that connect with people, meet and exceed objectives. Find out below everything you need to know about the Meta Video Awards and who the finalists are…. → PS: We are nominated!
What are the Meta Video Awards?
The Meta Video Awards is an annual celebration that aims to reward brands, agencies and content creators who have produced the best video work within Meta’s platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
In this first edition for LATAM, the Meta Video Awards celebrate the work of important brands in Mexico, Brazil and Argentina. We hope that more countries will join soon, as creativity is something that distinguishes the countries of Central and South America. The awards recognize the excellence and creativity of brands in different industries and sectors that have exceeded their own business objectives through the implementation of digital marketing material and strategies on its Meta Business Suite platform.
Registering a project to be nominated is simple, it is done directly on the Meta Video Awards portal. However, what is really complex is to achieve an experience that genuinely reflects, demonstrates and achieves the objectives set;
“The high-value experience is relative to the product. One piece of advice I could give to content creators who want to participate is that they should create from emotion. If it doesn’t excite, it doesn’t work. And one of the things you have to do to convey the relevance of what you want to communicate is emotion. For the Zero 5 Hundred campaign, for example, the objective was to generate a “wow effect” in a very select audience. We are talking about the most ambitious and luxurious residential project, according to Forbes, in Latin America”. Agustín Yler, CMO of Nolab , commented.

Currently there are 3 categories where companies can compete, you can review the complete list of nominees in this link. Here are a few of them.

When we got the news that we were nominated among so many brands: Heineken, La Roche Posay, PepsiCo and the best agencies, and among all the giants there is also Nolab…. it was an incredible experience. We didn’t really understand what it meant, but over time we came to understand that we were participating in a highly competitive and specialized category”.. – Agustín Yler.

“Historically, the real estate market has been highly lucrative, and that very nature of the industry has kept it conservative in its practices and methods. That is why, While one of Nolab’s main objectives is to modernize and automate transactions digitally, and with the help of tools such as Artificial Intelligence, another very important one is the inclusion and diversity of talent in the company. Through innovation in the real estate sector we are facilitating transactions across borders and in holiday destinations around the world.” – Daniel ObregonThe company’s CEO.

The project that is changing everything: Zero 5 Hundred.
Cero 5 Cien is considered by many experts in the real estate industry to be the largest luxury residential project in Latin America. The development is led by Grupo Gicsa in the financial part and Grupo Arquitectura in the strategic and general part of the project.
Named by Nolab as “The Best Kept Real Estate Secret of the CDMX”, Cero 5 Cien is a revolutionary concept of habitability that combines the best of living in nature with the best of luxury and comfort that the city has to offer. All this just minutes away from the main financial centers of the CDMX such as Polanco, Santa Fe, Bosques de las Lomas, Interlomas and Paseo de la Reforma.
During the artwork creation process “The segmentation and development of the digital experience in the campaign was key to conveying that emotion. We obviously used the entire funnel. We start with the attraction, visits to the website and conversion of those leads through profiling forms. Much of the initial material and renderings were provided by the client, and then we recorded our own material on site. That’s what allowed us to trigger more sales, even above the average price at Cero 5 Cien. – Agustín Yler.
The project has an artificial lake of more than 6,000 m2 and approximately 28,000 m2 of green areas. In addition, Cero 5 Cien has all kinds of amenities for the whole family: cinema, virtual simulator, spa, gym, beauty salon, barbershop, swimming pools, bowling, paddle tennis and tennis courts, and much more .
The luxury residences range in size from 393 m² to 1,030 m². These dimensions allow owners to define the quality of materials, distribution, and interior design as they wish. +
Nolab’s nomination for the Meta Video Awards has been an awakening, a realization of the work we do and how it impacts on an industry as large as real estate and not only that, but also on the trends of ambitious projects, avant-garde architecture and modern space design.
