Magnificent mansion in the center of Marbella, is a project by Jaime Parladé, designer of the jet set and his trusted architect Cesar de Leyva. From the design of windows, doors, floors, wooden walls to the selection of furniture, carpets and fabrics by Nicole Fabre and their making were the work of the designer.

The exteriors were designed by English landscaper Christopher Masson who selected all the plants that exist today along with Bourguignon florists. The plot has an approximate area of 1600m2 and the house with an approximate area of 900m2 divided into three floors of around 300m2 each.

It consists of five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, large living room, lounge, dining room, large kitchen, guest bathroom and office. In the basement there is a magnificent cinema room, cellar, laundry room, service bedroom, garage for four cars, several storage rooms, and a heated saltwater pool.

The engineering of the property was carried out by the engineering company Proinsermant. This incredible Andalusian-style mansion enjoys a setting of single-family villas five minutes' walk from the center of Marbella but in a quiet area.
