Luis González Obregón I, Centro Histórico

This project is part of the trajectory of a company with thirteen years of experience in rehabilitating buildings with historical value in the Historic Center of Mexico City, specialized in rescuing patrimonial properties and adapting them to the needs of contemporary life without losing their architectural essence.

The intervention consists of the complete rehabilitation of an eighteenth-century mansion, respecting its original character and incorporating a new level that harmoniously dialogues with the existing structure. The result is a carefully planned residential development that combines history, design, and functionality.

The property comprises three original levels and a completely new level, distributed as follows:

Level 2

Six loft apartments with mezzanines, with access via elevator and stairs, respectfully integrated into the building's historic structure.

Level 1

Seven loft apartments with mezzanines, likewise connected by elevator and stairs, maintaining spatial and architectural coherence.

Ground Floor

Houses apartments that take advantage of the mansion’s own characteristics—higher ceilings, robust walls, and distinctive architectural elements—strengthening the project’s historic identity.

New Level (rooftop)

This level includes four loft apartments with mezzanines, a balcony and a private terrace. Here is also a panoramic common rooftop terrace, conceived as one of the main attractions of the development: an open space for socializing and enjoying privileged views of the surrounding urban environment of the Historic Center.

The development is complemented by security, a waste disposal area, bicycle parking, and a machine room, ensuring efficient operation and safety.
