Juan de la Barrera II, Condesa

Conjunto Juan de la Barrera consists of 6 towers and is divided into two different episodes. The first phase is a set of apartments designed for the preservation of green areas, present on Juan de la Barrera and Cuernavaca streets, in addition to the restoration and architectural reconfiguration of two houses registered as historical heritage of Mexico City. The second phase of Conjunto Juan de la Barrera is an exemplification of the synchrony that can exist between the extensive groves of the Condesa neighborhood and the architectural design of the contemporary functionalist movement.
