This beautiful estate is located in the Grazalema Natural Park, known for being the entrance to the Pinsapar, a native pine tree that is protected and exclusive to the area. Benamahoma is famous for its wealth of springs, which is reflected in this estate, where there is abundant water with pipes that provide a very pleasant and relaxing sound. The water that flows on the estate comes from a channelization from the village, where the famous "Fuente del Nacimiento" is located.

Another great attraction of the estate is its spectacular landscape, surrounded by lush vegetation, trees, and mountains. From the pool, one can enjoy stunning views of "El Torreón," the highest peak in the province. Additionally, next to the estate flows the famous "Río Majaceite," which has a well-known trail connecting the towns of El Bosque and Benamahoma, ideal for walking, even with children, as it is not very difficult.

Eighty percent of the estate, which has almost 18,000 m² of land, is declared as a garden.
