The residential project built on Chapultepec Avenue was designed by the architecture firm JSa, founded and directed by architect Javier Sánchez, winner of the Golden Lion at the 2006 Venice Biennale.
The 10-story tower consists of a group of units based on a concept of minimal livable housing in a functional and adaptable distribution to the metropolitan lifestyle, which blends between a boutique hotel suite, loft apartments, or under the studio model.
Here, spaciousness is a consequence of the distribution of spaces and the architectural and construction profiling that prioritizes natural lighting. The accessibility of Chapultepec to all modes of private and public transportation in Mexico City is respectful of artistic and historical preexistences and offers an open dialogue to the urban landscape.
It is an architecture that postulates a city where one can walk to work and reduces dependence on cars, where construction is preferably done in central areas that have the urban infrastructure and transportation that make them accessible and viable to residents with different lifestyles.
