Ámina Wind Resort: beachfront fractional investment in Bahia Turquesa (Baja California Sur)
  1. Location and architecture in Turquoise Bay: the bluest corner of La Ventana
  2. How do you invest? Full ownership or fractional beachfront investment
  3. Rental pool and professional administration
  4. Why Ámina Wind Resort?
  5. Most common questions about Ámina Wind Resort:

Are you looking for a luxury retreat, isolated from the noise and with hotel-like operation? Then read on, because Ámina Wind Resort, a boutique development of 18 oceanfront apartments in Bahia Turquesa, La Ventana, BCS, has been designed to live a paradisiacal lifestyle with water sports, casual dining and total nature. The project is offered in full ownership and fractional investment (from 1/8), so you can choose between owning it completely or sharing the property and costs with other investors.

Location and architecture in Turquoise Bay: the bluest corner of La Ventana

The area is a magnet for kitesurfing/windsurfing, fishing, diving (Cabo Pulmo), paddle boarding, hiking and mountain biking, with warm weather and clear skies most of the year. You are approximately 30 minutes from La Paz and 150 minutes from Los Cabos: enough to feel far away, but connected when you need to be.

The masterplan includes 6 towers with 3 apartments per tower, with a hotel-like management and operation, and a set of amenities to go from sunrise to sunset without leaving the complex. The units are delivered furnished in the fractional scheme, and full ownership can acquire an interior design package. Here you will find properties ranging from

Ámina combines beach club, swimming pool with pool bar, 2 Jacuzzis, terrace, fire pit, palapa, restaurant/bar, games room and paddle tennis court, as well as reception, concierge, laundry, service rooms and hotel-style administration. The goal: to make every stay literally "suitcase in hand and enjoy".

How do you invest? Full ownership or fractional beachfront investment

You have two accesses to the asset:

  • Full ownership: you own 100% (52 weeks of use). Ideal if you want maximum availability and control.
  • Fractional investment (1/8 or 1/4): 6 or 12 weeks of use per year, with annual lottery/rotation of weeks for equity among owners. Fractions are delivered furnished and equipped. Perfect if you value the destination, but will not use 52 weeks and prefer to optimize capital + costs.

How does the allocation of weeks work: each 1/8th selects 2 weeks after the draw and can set aside the rest afterwards; the order rotates annually to maintain fairness.

Rental pool and professional administration

When not in use, the operation maximizes revenue via vacation rentals (with management, owner portal, accounting and administration). Key operating expenses are included: security, utilities, consumables, equipment/common area maintenance, reserve fund and more; in this way, the asset is cared for like a professional resort.

Why Ámina Wind Resort?

  • Fractional beachfront investment in a high demand destination for wind and nature sports.
  • Boutique product (18 units) with resort amenities and hotel operation.
  • Flexibility of use (6-12 weeks) + rental pool when not in use.
  • Integrated management and cost-sharing: focus on enjoying, not managing.
  • Road and air access (La Paz and Los Cabos) without sacrificing isolation and privacy.

Most common questions about Ámina Wind Resort:

  • Is this timeshare? No. Fractional is real co-ownership by fractions with weeks of use and clear rules; not just "right of use". (In Amina, the structure is instrumented via trust with certificates in favor of the co-owners).
  • Can I visit before deciding? Yes: one-night visit (2-4 people) with cleaning fee, applicable to the down payment if you go ahead; if not, the deposit is refunded minus cleaning fee (subject to confirmation and schedule).

If you are looking for fractional apartments in Baja California Sur with professional operation and oceanfront, Amina Wind Resort is one of the most solid proposals in the La Ventana-La Paz corridor. Request updated availability per unit, cost sheet, calendar of weeks and rental projections to make an informed decision.

Real estate investment in CDMX 2026: consolidated zones and neighborhoods with growth potential

For years, to talk about investing in CDMX was to talk about opportunities. Today, more and more, it means talking about strategy and decisions with real and tangible results in a market that is constantly evolving. The city's real estate market did not stop, but it did change pace: it stopped rewarding intuition and began to demand a reading of context, understanding of the product and clarity about the moment of the cycle. Right now, in 2026, it is no longer just a matter of "investing" or "entering" CDMX, but of knowing where, how and under what logic to do so. Because the city is not growing uniformly: some areas are consolidating as stable and liquid investments, while others are beginning to reconfigure and deserve strategic attention, not impulsive bets. CDMX heading into the future: what is really driving the market? Real estate investment in Mexico City is not experiencing an isolated boom; rather, buyers are now facing an urban reorganization. Demand is increasingly concentrated in well-connected areas, with services, access to employment and real rental capacity. At the same time, the city is pushing towards verticalization, densification and the development of projects that are more efficient in size, operation and maintenance. Added to this are external factors that put pressure on demand: labor mobility, the arrival of foreign capital, international events, which results in a more informed consumer who compares, questions and prioritizes liquidity, so the market is transformed, becoming less emotional and more selective. How to read capital gains in 2026 so as not to confuse luck with strategy. Talking about capital gains without context is one of the most common mistakes when evaluating an investment. In 2026, the capital gain in CDMX is not only explained by "fashion", but by infrastructure, services, perception of safety, connectivity and urban narrative. And above all, by verifiable data that separates speculation from real growth. The analysis of the real estate market between 2023 and 2025 reveals a clear phenomenon: Mexico City is experiencing a reorganization of its demand, where consolidated premium areas maintain stability and high prices, while emerging neighborhoods capture the flow of capital displaced by the rising prices of traditional centers.
